Manage your client details quickly and easily

Rehab Guru has always been very light on the Personal Identifiable Data (PII) required to send exercise prescriptions and perform remote management. We pride ourselves on aligning to security and privacy best practices and only store the necessary data to carry out the required task. We’ve only ever needed a client’s name and email address to use Rehab Guru’s features. While this is still the case (there is no need to add any other data if you don’t need to), you now have the option of adding additional information to create a complete client record, which provides you with the opportunity to store the following information:

• Pronouns  
• Preferred name
• Phone number
• Address
• Postal code
• Country
• Doctors name
• Doctors address
• Doctors postal code
• Emergency contact name
• Emergency contact number

Personal information

• Date of birth
• Sex
• Occupation
• Medication

• Past medical history
• Extra information

Marketing preferences

• Receive reminders (email / SMS / WhatsApp)
• Receive marketing communication (email / SMS / WhatsApp)

Adding client details paves the way for a whole host of new features in the pipeline. Here are a few examples:

Mobile numbers – adding a mobile phone number allows you to send SMS / WhatsApp messages, which is a feature we’re actively working on.

Marketing preferences – management of marketing preferences is essential to maintain a healthy marketing relationship with your clients. We’ll be releasing our Mailchimp integration and Webhook features that allow you to manage your email marketing list in the next few weeks.

Doctor’s details – storing doctor’s information allows for the creation of letters and other correspondence - you guessed it, we’re working on this also.

Additional client details are available within the Rehab Guru Web App right now! The expansion of this feature is wholly (as many of our features are) driven by our community of users.
