Rehab Guru Version 5.1 delivers incredible new features, particularly for Cliniko users

These features are designed both to save you time and to streamline your workflow.

Cliniko and Rehab Guru have been integrated for many years, enabling you to deliver seamless care to your clients.  We know that many of our users also use Cliniko for their treatment notes and practice management, and we have listened to your feedback and used this to develop even more features to streamline your processes across these two systems. 

Connecting your Cliniko account to your Rehab Guru account now allows you to do things such as; view your treatment notes within the Rehab Guru dashboard, as well as optionally uploading exercise prescriptions as a draft or a final version. You can also upload past versions as well as being able to directly link through to the patient notes on either platform.

Let’s explore these features in more depth:

1. Viewing Cliniko treatment notes within the Rehab Guru Dashboard 

This new feature saves you time, eliminating the need for switching between platforms when you are creating, reviewing, or progressing, your clients’ programme.  So when you are on-the-go, delivering your treatment plan with your client, you can refer back to your treatment notes with ease, all through their Rehab Guru profile. 

2. Direct linking through to Cliniko

We have a new Cliniko button at the top right of each patients’ Rehab Guru profile page.  One click of this takes you to your client’s profile in the Cliniko system and there you will see the exact same list of treatment notes that we see in Rehab Guru.

3. Uploading historic exercise prescriptions to Cliniko.  

For some time, you have been able to upload your clients’ exercise programmes to Cliniko.  However, if you did not do this at the time, you may find that you have some clients’ programmes that aren’t linked to their clinical notes.  With our latest feature update, you can now easily push and upload the treatment plan to their Cliniko profile, ensuring all treatment plans and treatment notes are all in one, easy to access, place. 

4. Optionally save a note treatment plan as a draft or a final version. 

This was a feature that you asked us for.  We know that you are busy in your clinics and often wish to continue working on your clients’ programmes after you have seen them.  This is why we have enabled you to save your treatment plan as a draft OR a final version to give you this flexibility.  

With a simple change to your system settings, you can create the option of saving as a draft or a final version, enabling you to continue to work on your exercise prescription at a later date.
