We’re pleased to release some awesome new features to help organise your patient data and improve your ability to use patient forms, treatment notes and reporting data.
Rehab Guru version 6.1 is an intermediate release in our update cycle (yes there are more great features yet to be released in 2022!), bringing incredible new features for the management of patients through the introduction of client cases & files, export tools for clients, notes, files and chart data.
Client cases improve your ability to organise client forms, treatment notes and exercise prescriptions into groups called ‘Cases’. You have the freedom to create any case name, notes or diagnostic code you wish; however, we recommend considering a diagnostic code convention across your organisation for use in reporting data (I.e., auditing requirements). See the video below for a full explanation of this new feature.
This is such a powerful feature that presents amazing opportunities for improved management of your clients and their data – we recommend watching the video below to understand fully how Rehab Guru Client Cases work.
We’ve provided the ability to upload files within treatment notes for a long time, however, now you can quickly and easily add files associated with your clients (I.e. scan reports, referral letters etc).
What’s more, we also provide you a collated list of all the attachments from your treatment notes in a simple list for ease of viewing.
Here is a video to show you all the new Client File features in action.
We’ve been blown away with some of the innovative ways that our users are leveraging Client Forms to redefine traditional patient experiences and clinical workflows. The flexibility of being able to use the same templates for client forms as treatment notes opens the doors for gathering pre-appointment data, saving vital clinical time.
A popular feature request has been to be able convert a populated client form into a treatment note so they form part of the clinical record. We’re happy to announce that you’re now able to do this – and we think it’s awesome! Checkout the video below for a walkthrough on how to do this.
We’re very lucky to have had several new users place their trust in Rehab Guru and migrate their data from other platforms and services to us. Because of this influx of new customers, we’ve put some serious time into engineering some tools to allow us to make the process as painless as possible.
We aim to get you fully migrated in a single day, however, there are usually several aspects to a data migration and often a lot of uncertainty and questions around the process. We want to reassure you that we’re here to support you throughout the migration process and answer your questions - we'll hold your hand the whole way!
We perform migrations in two stages, offering you the ability to check all data and explore Rehab Guru’s features in a testing environment prior to uploading the data to the live site.
If you’re planning to migrate your patient data to Rehab Guru and take advantage of all our new features and benefit from having all your clinical tools within a single software package, please reach out to our support team at https://support.rehabguru.com.
We’re very lucky to have had several new users place their trust in Rehab Guru and migrate their data from other platforms and services to us. Throughout this process, one thing that has always amazed us is the lack of respect and general bad behaviour from suppliers who refuse to give users their data in a timely manner. This has strengthened our resolve to provide customers with data portability, offering choice and freedom of information.
Because of this, we’ve created some tools to allow you to export all your patient data at the click of a button. If you need to use this for backup, or just need the reassurance that you’re ‘not locked-in' then the tools are there for your comfort and use.
One great export feature I’d love to share with you is unsung hero of a feature. You can now export chart data to CSV and image formats for statistical analysis or upload to patient records. Check out the video below for how to use these features 👇.
