Phase 5

Goal: Sport specific progressive return to full training

Before commencing each training session you should perform the following simple self-assessment to direct your progression.

Return to sport specific program

Progress volume of exercise and activity using pre and post exercise self assessment. Take a rest day if you feel lethargic or fatigued.  Do not push through.

This phase would be similar to any return to sport phase after you have suffered illness.  Continue any of the phase 1 warm up habits and ensure you ALWAYS maintain form during exercise.
